Frequently asked questions
How is this different from question-generation tools (SMOAT etc.)?
Those tools stop at generating questions from a passage. AXDX builds what comes after: every generated item becomes per-student answer data, feeds weakness clinic scheduling, and produces parent reports. It's a transition, not a tool.
Do I need a separate AI subscription?
Yes, opened in your own name. I never share my subscription. During consultation we pick a tier based on your usage and check the terms together.
Does our academy's material leave our control?
No. Materials you provide are processed only inside your account. Outputs are limited to internal use with your own students, and the contract forbids resale or redistribution.
What does it cost?
Sprint (2-week diagnosis) is a fixed fee; Solo is a monthly retainer + AI at cost; Crew adds an upfront build fee. Exact numbers are quoted at the first consultation, based on scale and scope.
