I've done the work myself: producing exam materials and running clinics for high-school English. I know in my body that as students grow, answer sheets, clinics, and parent reports eat the day instead of lesson prep. So I turn that operations work into systems.
My GAS-era automation build logs remain as an archive. AXDX's operating model (delegated subscriptions, approval gates, data ownership) is built on top of them.
